Mac Septic's 8,630 customer addresses validate the v2 model — they hit the 70+ score band at 4.19% vs 1.84% for a random TX baseline (2.29x lift). BatchData skip-trace is now reserved for confirmation on the top-ranked 4,190 addresses, not blanket enrichment of all 42K.
